To register, click on “Become a Seller” and fill out the required details such as business information, bank details, and identity verification documents.
Once your seller account is approved:
Go to Seller Dashboard → Add Product
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock details
Submit for approval
You will receive a notification when an order is placed.
Then:
Confirm the order
Pack the product securely
Ship to the customer or designated warehouse
Depending on the policy. Some sellers may use their own logistics; others must use the platform’s shipping partners.
Payments are released after order delivery and deduction of fees.
Typical payout cycles: 7–14 days. Check your Payment Dashboard.
Go to Seller Dashboard → Earnings → Withdraw Amount and choose your preferred method (bank transfer, wallet, etc.).
Returns are handled according to the platform’s Return & Refund Policy. The refund amount may be deducted from your seller wallet.
